Cancer is an absolute bitch.
I’ve already lost 3 beautiful friends to cancer, all under the age of 50. I've seen too many friends and family members devastated by the impact of a cancer diagnosis. And I refuse to accept that cancer can’t be stopped.
That’s why I’ve signed up for the Marilyn Jetty Swim on Sunday 2nd February. It’s a fun way to support a serious cause.
Every dollar I raise through the Marilyn Jetty Swim will fund Cancer Council SA’s vital research, prevention programs and support services, like Cancer Council 13 11 20, for all South Australians impacted by cancer.
I’d be so grateful for your donation which will help me reach my fundraising goal - it’s all of us against cancer and together, we can make sure no one has to go through cancer alone.

I never really appreciated or understood the impact of cancer until I experienced it first hand. It then becomes a permanent part of your life even if it comes back or not.
