Remembering My Mum xx

Thursday 5th Feb

1 Year ago early January, we said good-bye to my beautiful mum, leaving us utterly devastated and bewildered. She had just turned 62.

Mum was so brave, fun-loving, clever and wonderful. Talented in so many respects. I couldn't possibly surmise all of her incredible qualities, and the indelible mark she left on us.

It is said that you're mum is your first friend, my longest and dearest, just over 40 years of deep love.

We had so many fun times together. We loved dancing, travelling outback roads, gardening, anything and everything beach and ocean, cooking and shopping!

Mum to me, Daisy to my children who loved each other immensely. Mum had so much life to give, adventures to share and memories to make.

The grief of a premature loss is unbearable but I do want recognise what a fabulous person she was.

Rest in Peace Mum ✨️✨️🦋🦋❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
