There are 30 new cancer diagnoses in South Australia every day. That’s more than 11,000 South Australians every year. Your support will help me change this terrible statistic.

Every dollar I raise through the Marilyn Jetty Swim will fund Cancer Council SA’s vital research, prevention programs and support services, like Cancer Council 13 11 20, for all South Australians impacted by cancer.

What a blast!

The day couldn't have been more perfect. And what a bunch of legends all these brave and amazing Mailyns were. Congratulations to all who organised us, participated in, and supported the event. You are absolutely fabulous darling! Mwah!

Stoked that we'll hit $3K. A couple of IOUs in the coming week. Thank you all so much for your generous support and helping to rev us up for Sunday. It's gonna be so much fun! Mwah!

Portuguese tarts (purchased ftom Saudade - oh my goidness!) and chocolate cheesecake added today. We might have sweet-exhausted people, but banked another $70 today.

Love the internet and people with skills. So close to $2.5k, about $150 coming from morning tea the last couple of days. There's a buzz amongst Marilyns. Menu: vanilla Marilyn cupcakes and donut selection

Monday 29th Jan
Our team are providing morning tea each day, for a donation. Today's menu: GF & vegan chocolate cupcakes, and GF & almost vegan chocolate biscuits (darn protein powder!). Also remembered I had a bunch of earrings I'd made, so in they go.

Which makes it all a bit exciting! When I saw that StarTrack was due to deliver today I wandered over to Mecca and said "I need a Marilyn red lippy please. One that stays on in water". It's surprising just how many different reds there are and hwo obviously not-right they are too. Found one!
