Every dollar I raise through the Marilyn Jetty Swim will fund Cancer Council SA’s vital research, prevention programs and support services, like Cancer Council 13 11 20, for all South Australians impacted by cancer.

So, I’ve done a thing, and I’d love it if you could help me out in some small way…
Thursday 29th JanAs some of you may know, a few of my nearest and dearest are going through or have recently come through the other side of a pretty tough battle with cancer.
Whilst it has been frustrating to not be able to do anything other than offer my love and support from the sidelines, I wanted to do something more practical – and let’s face it, a little bit nuts – to contribute in a meaningful way.
Cut to the rather dodgy image accompanying this message of what I might look like (face and body not to scale, obvs) when I participate in my first ever Marilyn Jetty Swim (Poolside Edition) on Sunday, 8 February 2026 at Marion Outdoor Pool.
As a member of Marilyn’s Buoyant Beauties, I’m hoping to raise $500 in support of Cancer Council SA’s vital research, prevention programs and support services, for all South Australians (and a few of my favourite proxy Adelaideans).
If there’s any way you could see your way to sending a few dollars my way to help achieve this goal, I would be forever grateful… and I promise to send you a photo of the ‘real’ me from poolside after the event!
It is sure to be an unforgettable challenge that I will remember forever.
